To strengthen our project teams, we are looking for you as a Project Specialist or Project Manager (m/f/d) in the area of finance on a part-time or full-time basis at our Munich location.

Your role:  

As part of the finance team, you will act as an interface between foxdot, the customer, and external service providers with regard to financial accounting, bookkeeping, and controlling.

Your responsibilities:  

• With us, you will have the opportunity to take on a wide range of tasks in a young company and to witness and actively shape its success and growth.
• You will be involved in the strategic development of the company and be part of the team in day-to-day operations.
• With your organizational skills, you will create structure and keep track of a wide variety of budget processes in the project and coordinate projects.
• You can look forward to a diverse range of responsibilities where you can contribute your expertise and strengths and have the opportunity to expand your professional knowledge.
• These areas await you: Accounting and controlling, including financial accounting, cost control, budget management, financial planning, and reporting, including liquidity planning, forecasts, scenarios, and the preparation of financial reports.
• The team looks at both sides of the financial flows: Operational and analytical tasks in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment processing, receivables management, and support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. • Ensuring efficient workflows within your area of responsibility
• Target group-oriented preparation and presentation of project progress
• As the interface between the finance team and other areas such as communications, HR, project teams, and others, you ensure close cooperation and actively promote an open and cooperative team culture.

Your profile:

• Experience in project work with a focus on finance, financial accounting, controlling, and accounting
• A hands-on mentality and a structured, independent way of working
• The ability to interact professionally with different groups of people and at different levels
• You maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects, set clear priorities, structure your projects, and present the results clearly
• Solution-oriented and motivated – even in challenging phases
• You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continuously develop yourself in a global environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) or equivalent qualification
• Fluent German and English skills, as the company language is German and the project language is mainly English
• Confident use of common tools such as MS 365 Suite, task-tracking tools such as Jira and Clickup, and DATEV
