To strengthen our project teams, we are looking for you as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the area of partner handling on a part-time or full-time basis at our Munich location.  

Your role:  

As part of the partner handling team, you will act as an interface between foxdot, the customer, and the customer's partner companies and potential new partners at a strategic and operational level.  

Your responsibilities:

• Central interface and “face to the partner”: You manage communication and represent our company professionally to the outside world, making a decisive contribution to strategic partnerships
• Holistic stakeholder management: You understand different interests, proactively maintain customer relationships, and involve relevant stakeholders in the project in a structured manner
• Participation in the entire partner lifecycle – from the partner application process to the management of existing partnerships to the offboarding of partner companies and projects
• Moderation & mediation between partners and stakeholders: Leading meetings and workshops and ensuring solution-oriented cooperation, always taking compliance requirements into account
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance requirements within the partnerships
• Identifying, developing, and building alliances through sales-oriented work and recognizing potential, as well as through convincing presentations of solutions, project opportunities, and results
• Coordinating partnership-based collaboration across all levels—the quality of the alliances depends on you
• Working closely with internal teams to coordinate information, priorities, and decisions
• Regular reporting of progress, milestones, and risks to relevant stakeholders
• Taking on administrative tasks to ensure smooth and transparent partner management

Your profile:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably according to PMI
• Hands-on mentality and structured, independent approach
• You have strong persuasion and communication skills to drive issues forward, build alliances, and successfully position project content
• Ability to interact professionally with different groups of people and levels and to inspire them to work towards project goals
• You maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects, set clear priorities, structure your projects, and present the results clearly
• Solution-oriented and motivated – even in challenging phases
• Media affinity and interest in topics such as automotive, software, or technology
• You see added value in solid partnerships and international standards
• You are curious, willing to learn, and want to continuously develop yourself in a global environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant university degree (bachelor's/master's) or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent German and English skills, as the company language is German and the project language is mainly English.
• Confident use of the common tools MS365 and Jira.
