We are looking for you as a project manager to strengthen our AUTOSAR Communications team.
AUTOSAR is a global partnership of leading companies in the automotive and software industries for the development and establishment of a standardized software framework and an open E/E system architecture for intelligent mobility.
AUTOSAR Business Administration supports the organization in areas such as finance, partner and user management, communication, legal affairs, and other administrative projects.

Your role:  

As part of the AUTOSAR communications team, you will work as an expert on communications issues at the operational and strategic level, leading a small team of three people with the corresponding areas of responsibility.  

Your tasks:  

• First point of contact for the organization and implementation of customer requirements for the team and management, and thus the central interface for international, internal, and external stakeholders
• Planning, prioritization, and management, including cost control, of several parallel projects in the communications and events area
• Close cooperation within the project team and active support of an open and cooperative team culture
• Establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers
• Structured documentation of project progress and preparation of regular reports
• Preparation of complex content for presentations, target group-oriented communication across all project phases
• Monitoring relevant media, technology, and industry trends, especially automotive software
• Quality assurance across all project phases—from planning to follow-up
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project requirements and schedules in accordance with customer processes

Your profile:  

• Experience in project or event management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Initial experience in team leadership
• You maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects, set clear priorities, structure your projects, and present the results clearly
• Confident handling of onsite, digital, and hybrid events
• Hands-on mentality and structured, independent way of working
• Ability to interact professionally with different groups of people and at different levels
• Collaborating with and managing service providers is part of your daily business
• Solution-oriented and motivated – even in challenging phases
• Media affinity and interest in topics such as automotive, software, standardization, or technology
• You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continuously develop yourself in a global environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant university degree (bachelor's/master's) or equivalent qualification
• Fluent German and English skills, as the company language is German and the project language is English
• Basic knowledge of the common tools MS365 and Jira
