To strengthen our project teams, we are looking for you as a PMO Specialist (m/f/d) for operational and strategic support on a full-time or part-time basis at our Munich location.

Your Role:

As part of one or more project teams, you act as the interface between the client and the team, which consists of international stakeholders. You support your project team and ensure clear adherence to tasks, processes, and timelines, as well as efficiency in workflows.

Your contribution to our team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ongoing projects at foxdot.
  • Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, timelines, and reports.
  • Ensuring adherence to defined processes.
  • Preparing complex content for status reports, for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in meeting management regarding the organisation, preparation, and follow-up of international meetings.
  • Creating agendas, minutes, and tracking tasks.
  • Coordinating various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with reporting, budget overviews, and other organisational tasks in the back office.
  • Maintaining and further developing PMO tools, documentation platforms, and knowledge databases.
  • Close collaboration within the project team as well as active support of an open and cooperative team culture.

Your qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Experience in project work, particularly in a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • A hands-on mentality as well as a structured, precise, and independent working style.
  • The ability to interact professionally with various groups of people and hierarchy levels.
  • Even when handling multiple projects, you maintain an overview as a PMO, set clear priorities, structure your tasks, and prepare results clearly.
  • Solution-oriented and motivated – even during demanding phases.
  • Media affinity and an interest in current topics relating to automotive, software, standardisation, or technology.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continuously develop in a global environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent German and English skills, as the corporate language is German and the project language is frequently English.
  • Proficiency with MS365 Suite tools and common task-tracking tools such as Jira and ClickUp.
